1. Parties

The offer of accommodation on this website is made by Mountain View. Hostcraft (Foxwebcraft) is not a party to the stay and does not broker the booking.

2. How a booking works

You send a request with accommodation, dates and number of guests. That request is not yet a confirmed booking. The host may accept or decline. If the host accepts, you receive payment instructions. The stay contract is formed according to the host’s confirmation and these pages (prices, dates, house information).

3. Prices and duties

Prices and minimum stays are those shown for the chosen dates. Tourist tax, registration and other local duties are the host’s responsibility to charge and handle as required by law. Cancellation and house rules are those the host states in confirmation, on this website, or by email.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are those shown for the stay. The host may agree different times with you.
